see thru organza metallic Floral flowers very shiny
Its a see thru-ish Organza with metallic large flowers. The fabric is thin and a little stiff as its a layering coat. I love the hood as well. not sure if you can tell in the photos.
As far as care cool Iron but put a towel between do not put the iron directly on the fabric.
